Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.
All purchases made on our website are final, except in cases where an exchange or replacement is approved as per our policy.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
We offer exchange or replacement only under the following conditions:

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
Once the request is verified and approved, the exchange or replacement will be processed.
Delivery Timeline for Exchange / Replacement

The exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 7–9 working days after approval and dispatch.
