After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. Please ensure that the email address and contact details provided during checkout are correct so we can update you smoothly on your order status.
We ship all orders across India using reliable delivery partners. Standard delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or less accessible areas may require additional time. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, unforeseen logistics issues, or courier partner delays. However, we always track and follow up with the courier to ensure your package reaches you safely.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may also offer free shipping during special promotions or on a minimum order value, as announced on our website. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, non-responsive customer contact, or unavailability at the location, the order may be returned to us.
